Department is one of the most important departments
of SRC. The driving force behind this department
is the team in charge of hiring and retaining
qualified and valued employees for the Club.
One of the department’s objectives is to
promote the notion that people, either individually
or collectively contribute directly to the Club’s
organisational achievement, while at the same
time encouraging, improving effectiveness and
well being of people at the work place.
Over at SRC, the department has been receiving
more compliments and constructive feedback from
members. To keep the morale going, the team has
started on a structured customer-training program
for all employees. In alliance with Spring Singapore,
SRC has embarked on obtaining the coveted ‘People
Developer’ symbol that delivers a quality
standard and recognition to all staff. Through
this programme, SRC will also be known as an organisation
that cares for its staff. It also ensures that
training contributes to business results, as well
as benefiting staff on lifelong employability.
The HR department is always catering to the interests
of all staff working at SRC. Policies such as
medical, dental, over-time and transport benefits
are often being streamlined and looked after.
With the rising advantages from the policies,
it definitely makes working at SRC an asset.
