The information technology (IT) team at SRC is
the gem behind the efficient IT infrastructure
and networking among staff. They assist the Club
by lending their expertise on various technological
concerns on site, which include maintaining the
SRC network and website and Club2000e club management
system.
With higher expectations and newer technology,
the IT team decided in 2003 to replace the outdated
Genesis club management system with one that can
support features that were not available previously,
such as online facilities booking, checking of
outstanding bills and more.
With the online features, the IT department hopes
to reduce cost and improving effectiveness in
communications. At the same time, the team hopes
to improve productivity among staff, boosting
efficiency within the Club.
