  The Maintenance and Housekeeping (MHK) Department oversees all upgrading and renovations within SRC’s premises. The main task for the department is the systematic replacement and repair of aging equipment in the Club. At the same time, the team has to ensure that all maintenance work is done discreetly, and not at the inconvenience of members.

Besides being in charge of ensuring that the Premier Oasis On The Padang is well kept, the team also has to undergo evaluation process whereby proposals for further upgrading will be made at no additional strain to the Club’s budget. It is the department’s target to report an operating expenditure well below the club’s annual budget, so as contribute substantially to the healthy surplus.

The MHK department tries its utmost best to cater to the needs of members. Due to overwhelming response to the Poolside Café, the department looked into various proposals and expanded the kitchen. Swift response is given, wherever possible, to every piece of feedback received.

The team seeks to continue its task with an improved staff service, through increasing staff technical knowledge and professionalism.
