The Excellent Service Award (EXSA) is a national award that recognises individuals who have delivered outstanding service. It seeks to develop service models for staff to emulate, create service champions, professionalize services and raise the prestige of a career in service. EXSA is managed by SPRING Singapore and ten industry led associations.
The 15th EXSA Award Presentation Ceremony was held at the University Cultural Centre Hall, National University of Singapore. The Guest-of-Honour for the event was Mr Yeo Guat Kwang, Co-Chairman, GEMS UP Working Committee and Member of Parliament for Aljunied GRC.
EXSA Award Winners 2009 – Singapore Recreation Club
In line with our values in SRC, which is to exhibit ‘Excellent Service’, in comparison with the rest of the clubs in Singapore, we have one of greatest number of EXSA Award winners. This year’s haul includes 1 Star, 8 Gold and 23 Silver winners.
Apart from the EXSA award, SRC also compliments award winners through vouchers and also recognises the award winner’s effort through our in-house EXSA Award Ceremony. Through this commendation, we hope that all staff in the Club will continuously strive for excellent service to our valued members.
