Application for Absent Membership |
| |
Members (Ordinary and Lady) who have left Singapore for at least one month may apply for absent membership for which they will be liable for 30% of the subscription during the absence. Application may be made on prescribed forms available from the Front Desk Reception or members may write in stating the following:
- Period of absence and reason for absence
- Relevant documents to be enclosed
- Foreign correspondence address

Transfer of Membership |
| |
Transferable membership is no longer available directly from the Club. Interested parties can join via the open market. Interested parties may want to source for a seller by referring to the Classified Ads. Alternatively, the Membership Services Department will be more than willing to source out for potential sellers at no fees. Kindly contact Ms Nur, Membership Services Executive at 64307556 or email mship@src.org.sg.
The following must be submitted for the transfer of membership:
- Transfer form properly and duly completed
- Ordinary/Lady/Corporate application form duly completed
- Photocopy of NRIC of both parties
- Photocopies of certificate of registration of companies of both parties (for Corporate Membership)
- 2 passport sized photos of buyer/each nominee
- For family application, 2 photos each for wife and each child (between 14 to 21 years of age) with
marriage and birth certificates
Payments are as follows:

Revised Transfer Fee to Next of Kin (for Transferable Membership) |

If you are aged 62 or above and have been a member of the club for more than 10 years, you may now transfer your membership to your son (for Ordinary members) or daughter (for Lady members) at one third of the current Transfer Fee, effective from October 2006. For more information, kindly contact the Membership Services Department. |

Reinstatement of Defaulted Membership |
| |
For reinstatement of defaulted membership, please apply in writing to the Membership Services Department together with the payment for the total current outstanding. Reinstatement must be done within 6 months from the date of default. |

For replacement of lost/damaged membership cards, the following fees (incl. GST) are applicable: |

Signing Of Bills By Members' Children |

Valued Members,
We wish to remind you that children under the age of 14 are not allowed to sign bills for any services in the Club.
Under Bye-law 7.2
"Children visiting or using the facilities of the Club must be accompanied by an adult member who shall be responsible for any expenses incurred by the children under their care." |

Signing Of Guests By Family Juniors
Kindly be reminded that members of the Family Junior Membership category are not allowed to sign in any guests into the Club.
Under Bye-law 6.1
"Family Junior, Visiting or Sporting Members are not permitted to sign in guests."
