Join our invigorating aqua fitness program, a 45-minute session filled with uninterrupted exercise routines. Designed for both men and women who are moderately fit and don't have any significant medical concerns, this program focuses solely on fitness, setting it apart from Aqua Zumba.
Non-swimmers are welcome. No swimming nor head-submerging required. Participants should be able to stand at shallow end of pool with waterline around waist to chest level.
