The Padang has been approved by SportsSG as a Team Sports Supervised Facilities under VDS.

 

Participants for all Padang activities must scan the health declaration QR Code (found in the PDF Notice or onsite at the Padang) and submit their details for each visit.

 

Please keep a copy of the acknowledgement form / email after your submission.

 

Should any participant test positive for COVID-19 within the last 7 days of their participation in the Team Sport under VDS activity, the participant will be required to complete a separate form, and the link can be found in the acknowledgement email.
